EU Golden Visa

The Golden Visa program grants a five year residency visa to property investors of 250,000 Euros in a residential or commercial property in Greece. The investor and their family (under the age of 24) are eligible for a Permanent Residence Visa, which is renewable every 5 years and as long as the property remains in the investor’s ownership. A minimum of 300,000 Euros is required in order to obtain Permanent Residency in Cyprus, and a minimum of 2,500,000 Euros to obtain Citizenship.
